- 21 years or older at the time of writing the ASC exams
- A completed Grade 9 (old Standard 7), or a recognised equivalent qualification

- Stable internet (minimum 10Mbps)
- An uninterrupted power supply (UPS)
There are no live classes. Facilitator presence is fostered through asynchronous, pre-recorded content, so you can learn whenever it suits you.

You pay one monthly fee and get instant access to the online campus, all your subject content, past papers and memos, auto-graded assessments and recommended weekly study plans. You study on your own schedule and can pause whenever time or money is tight.
Yes. If money or time gets tight you can pause your subscription. Just tell us before month-end so you are not billed for the next month. Resume whenever you are ready and you are back on the campus within 24 hours of payment.
Pausing keeps your place. Your progress, completed modules and assessment history are saved, so when you resume you pick up exactly where you left off rather than starting over.
Adult Matric is a monthly subscription from R479 per month for a single subject. Two to three subjects are R649 per month and four to six subjects are R899 per month. Fees are paid monthly in advance.
Most learners prepare over 3 to 18 months depending on how many subjects they take and how much time they have each week. The recommended pace is roughly 20 hours of study a week, working towards the May or June exam sitting.
